Make sure the sail you want is still available
We leave sails on the web site list until they have been sold and the trial period has expired.  It is best to give us a call or send an email to confirm that the sail you want is still here.


Freight
The P&P column in the sail listings is the price for us to send the sail to anywhere in Australia - we send most things as registered parcels with Australia Post.  Where there is an asterisk "*" in the P&P column, it means the sail is heavy or an awkward size and we will have to quote you an individual price on the freight depending on where you are.  Unlike most mail order businesses, we don't aim to make a profit from this, so if you contact us regarding the availability of a sail, you may also find that the freight cost is less than the P&P amount.


Insurance
When we send you a sail (or anything else for that matter) it travels at your risk - we do not accept liability for items which are lost or damaged in transit.  If you wish us to arrange insurance for you, please instruct us and pay for this at the time of making the purchase.


Payment
We do not accept any credit card payments.  The following options are available:

*   Send us a cheque or money order by mail (payable to Yacht Equipment)
*   Deposit the money direct into our account at any NAB branch (no fee payable)
*   Deposit the money direct into our account by internet transfer
